Patch Set 83: "Arik uses the doPolling anyway.." - well.. in the first patches there was an alternative mechanism, more event-based, that I replaced just for the sake of using the command coordination framework so of course it is a bit awkward. I agree with Michal that in the long-term we should have something that is event-based (and maybe to use polling to get an initial state).
