Patch Set 1: One more patchset coming up soon to improve the logic for comparing tab priorities (represented as floating point numbers, this is due to GWTP framework's TabData + Tab interfaces, makes one wonder why they didn't use simple integers instead, just like in @TabInfo annotation).
