Change subject: core: Reduce host connection timeout
......................................................................

Patch Set 2:

Michael, the operation timeout is not affected by the change, only the connect
timeout. This means that if VDSM accepts the connection the engine will still
wait up to 180 seconds for the operation to complete.

The connect timeout will trigger when the host repeatedly refuses to reply to
the SYN package used to establish the connection. This is managed very low
level by the kernel, well before the connection reaches the application (VDSM
in this case).

Laszlo, Yair would you agree to add a new vdsConnectionTimeout (or similiar)
option for this timeout?
