Patch Set 3: Verified+1 Verified: ran backup changed lc_messages in postgresql.conf to ja_JP.UTF-8 ran restore Note that this patch reduces somewhat our accuracy of identifying errors, because (based on searching the sources of postgresql) some codes are used for many different errors.
