Simone found an interesting point, actually, a task is not spawned without a 
command, and a command will not end if a task is not ended, so we do have 
"zombie commands".
This means we should also open a seperate BZ for the zombie cleaner mechanism.
Thanks Simone, I fixed according to your comment, check the new usage section.
