Patch Set 5: 03_06_0440_create_index_on_images.sql was needed for the bug. I changed a few of the latest others just for testing. I did not change 03_06_0480_add_idx_gluster_georep_slavevolname.sql because it's 3.6-only and I wanted to be able to cherry-pick.
