core: Collect vm numa node runtime information
Collect vm numa node runtime pinning to which host numa nodes data.
This information is calculated in vdsm according to each vcpu pinning
to which physical cpu core and the process(vcpu) consumed memory
mapping to which host numa nodes.
The reported message format from vdsm is:
'vNodeRuntimeInfo': {'<vmNodeIndex>': [<hostNodeIndex>], ...}
