Patch Set 3: Gilad, my plan is to start using these properties in any new place where something like this is required. For example, in the work that Lior is doing for adding properties for HostNIC: http://gerrit.ovirt.org/26725 And in the fix for the bug related to cluster policies: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1071872 So, during review I will ask every one that tries to use something like "properties" or "custom_properties" to use this new mechanism. This will happing starting now. For the places where we are already using "custom_properties" we won't do anything yet. In 4.0 we will replace them with "properties".
