core: HandleVdsVersion uses only compat level (#822158) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/822158 Prior to this patch HandleVdsVersion parses version information as obtained from VDSM's Get Capabilities. If there is a mismatch in the version schema as used by engine and vdsm, the handling fails. As reported in the bug such mismatch exists.
