Patch Set 2: Why not bring just this file: /codestyles/ovirt_engine.xml And instruct the user to put it here: <youtIntelliJsettings>/config/codestyles and then user is able to select it via UI in settings->Code style->Scheme? If I get it right, what you suggest will override Intellij global settings and this is very intrusive.
