Patch Set 3: Verified+1 Code-Review+1 I have verified this, it reveals the brokenness of the string encoding functionality in its current state. This unit tests have been executed on Linux, Windows 7 x64 English and Windows XP Professional Chinese The unit tests are now triggering the failures we have detected so far with the encoding.
