wip - don't submit - reports: adding EngineAuthentication jar to support webadmin-reports integration This commit adds the Engine pre-authentication filter that supports identifying that a user is logged in to the engine, using its session ID, and supporting using the same user (which is external to Jasper) as a reports user, viewing reports.
