packaging: Move sysprep files to /etc According to Fedora packaging guidelines files marked as configuration should go into the /etc directory. Sysprep configuration files are marked as configuration but they are currently stored in the /usr/share directory. This patch moves them to the /etc directory. Take into account that this change doesn't takes care of moving the old files during upgrades.
