packaging: Replace pubkey2ssh with ssh-keygen Newer versions of ssh-keygen have the capability to read public keys from PKCS8 files and then generate SSH format files, so this utility is no longer needed. Whithout this binary inside the package it can be noarch instead of architecture specific.
