Change subject: webadmin: Create GwtCommon and UserPortal GWTP PoC
......................................................................

Patch Set 1:

Well, my understanding was that gwt-extension provides support classes for
GWT-based projects, to make them usable in conjunction with backend classes:
custom field serializers for server-side domain objects, class overrides for
required server-side classes, and the DontPrune aspect.

gwt-common focuses on common GWT application infrastructure and features, it
does not depend on gwt-extension since it has different purpose. At least that
was what I understood when we decided to extract common classes from WebAdmin
into a separate project..
