Yes, draft-ietf-emu-eap-arpa is past WGLC - it's waiting for IESG attention, so
eventually it will pop out of the queue, I expect.
A WG presentation would be a useful thing to bring people back up to speed on
your document. This was last fully briefed at IETF 114. It got a small
follow-up with Alan standing in to do the talking at IETF 116. And it was
revised after IETF 116. (Granted, that was just an IANA consideration for a
special use domain name.) I don't recall that we ever wholly resolved if this
was better in ANIMA or EMU. If you have the time and inclination, submit an
update prior to the deadline, as you say, and let me know how much time you
need to brief the document.
Thanks.

Alan and I had written draft-richardson-emu-eap-onboarding back in 2022, which
was about defining a useful thing to do EAP-TLS *without* a client certificate.
That used [email protected].
Alan then decided that defining @eap.arpa first would be a good idea.
And I think that document is now past WGLC, and so maybe it's time to resume
work on emu-eap-onboarding. I would be happy to update it based upon eap-arpa
changes before the deadline.
Does the WG need/want a presentation on it before going to a possible adoption
call?
