Reduce byte compiler warning * bib-cite.el (bib-bib-label-help-echo-format, bib-ext-list) (bib-label-help-echo, bib-label-help): Delete remaining XEmacs only functions and variables. (bib-highlight-mouse): Don't touch removed variable.
