Fix misfeatures in install-from-git.sh...
Install .nosearch when install in from git. Fixes #187
Docuement .nosearch in file
Build code in /tmp
realgud repo has changed: rocky/emacs-dbgr -> realgud/realgud
command.el: use better org formatting
