Escape regex metacharacters for standard isearch
Doing an isearch for '[' and then invoking avy-isearch would trigger an
error like:
Invalid regexp: "Unmatched [ or [^"
If we are not doing a regex-based search, escape the search string to
avoid these kind of issues.
