Associate the vc-jj-bookmark-* commands with `vc-jj-log-view-mode'

The MODES argument to `interactive' specifies the modes associated
with a given command. This is relevant to `execute-extended-command'
    and `read-extended-command-predicate' as well as
    `execute-extended-command-for-buffer'.

Associate these commands with our `vc-jj-log-view-mode'.
