    Suppress redundant Pinentry startup messages
    
    * packages/pinentry/pinentry.el (pinentry-start): Add optional QUIET
    argument.
    * lisp/epg.el: Declare `pinentry-start'.
    (epg--start): Call `pinentry-start' with QUIET argument set.
