Fix some doc formatting
* doc/snippet-development.org (Template Syntax):
(Placeholder fields, Mirrors): Text inside dedicated target <<angle
brackets>> does not show up in output, so duplicate it. Add
descriptions to avoid getting numbers instead of names in links.
