We're seeing http status 409 responses when trying to access the elrepo repo:
curl -L https://elrepo.org/linux/elrepo/el9/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml -v ... < HTTP/2 409 < content-length: 83 < content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 < date: Fri, 12 Sep 2025 16:29:27 GMT < server: Apache < * Connection #0 to host elrepo.org left intact <script>document.cookie = "humans_21909=1"; document.location.reload(true)</script> Are we getting blocked for some reason?
