eu-stackprof has shipped in 0.196 btw (outputting gprof data format), hence
marking this closed. If there are any features missing in stackprof we should
file a follow-up PR or reopen this one with clarifications, but otherwise
follow-up work to make use of the data seems to be downstream in profiledb and
ld.
