This is odd. The run-debuginfod-fd-prefetch-caches.sh testcase FAILs
because thread_work_pending{role="scan"} keeps a queue of 5?
I have no idea how that can happen.
The next build does see this testcase PASS on sparc.
It was clearly not caused by this patch (backends: Add abi_cfi and
register_info callbacks for LoongArch).
