When cross compiling elfutils for ARM, build process fails on attempt to run
i386_gendis compiled for ARM target on x86 host:
/bin/bash: ./i386_gendis: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
Makefile:774: recipe for target 'i386_dis.h' failed
make[2]: *** [i386_dis.h] Error 126
