Hello:
I'm in the process of aligning my transverter and I'm stuck on the RF PA quiescent current adjustment, where R39 is adjusted to 20 mV when keying the transverter. Before keying, I get 7 mV; after keying, no matter what position R39 is in, I get only 12 mV. There is no troubleshooting section in the manual. Could someone point me in the right direction ?
