I just finished with my KX-1last night, boy that was fun!
I took great pains to try and double check each step, great manual as
well.
I got through the receiver section, it worked very well on testing.
So I moved onto the transmitter build, finished, and checked all my
resistances as specified, all were OK.
However, now the receiver is as deaf as a post, it can not hear
anything.
I am at the stage of peaking up the receiver, but can not move
forward until I find out what is wrong.
I plan on going back and taking a second look this evening, but
thought I would ask if there is a common problem anyone else has hit
with this step.
Again the receiver was working fine until the transmitter build, so
whatever occurred must be in the transmitter stage.
I'll look for replies, go back and redo the resistance testing, and
see what I find.
