Then there's Tygon tubing woven in-and-out of the fins,
a bucket of water... with ice cubes? ... and an aquarium
pump. (;-))
To be realistic ... a 12V computer fan from Radio Scrap
with four sitck-on felt pads resting on top is really easy and
inexpensive.
