Dave, The K2 is such an elegant design, and still works great in today's environment! Plus, a fantastic building experience, even better than Heathkits back in the day. I now have three--my K2/10, one from my friend Neal WA6OCP (SK) that W8FGU built a K2/100 kit into, and an unbuilt kit that perhaps I'll attempt after cataract surgery one day. K2s forever!
