I'm aware of DeOxit but NO-OX-ID contact grease is the one I thought the other poster was referring to as "no-oxide type grease".

It works great for coax connectors and threads; also on audio plugs, headphone, etc that while apparently bright and shiny sometimes go scratchy. Good for car battery terminals also.

I've never tried it on TMP connectors but wouldn't hesitate if there was a problem with them.

Are you thinking of DeOxit ? Thin red liquid that has been around for years and great for cleaning and protecting . Not messy. Noalox is for aluminum electrical connections. Look up DeOxit and I think you will see this is what would be the proper product.

NO-OX-ID contact grease is the stuff. Works great for RF and audio
