Conditions were much improved this week and the net came together despite
considerable QRM from the ARRL SSB Sweepstakes contest. Eric led the net with
his alternative setup - FT-990 and SB-220 amp as he waits to find out what is
hobbling his KPA1500. Local skip was again observed with Michigan and Wisconsin
stations hearing Eric and Rhode Island hearing nearby Connecticut. Please join
us next week - 1800 UTC on 14.3035 MHz. - - Brian, K1NW
