I was running ver 1.21.10.8 and the edit threshold function appears to work correctly.
I installed 1.23.9.8 and found all thresholds were blank (current values not displayed) and could not be edited. Utility ver 1.23.9.8 seems to be broken. I suggest running 1.21.10.8.
