Steve, It does make the submittal easier, it also helps me with checking which was always a pain on paper. Also easier to keep track of DXCC, States, IOTA and upload to eQSL and/or LOTW. It's just another tool. I never quite got the swing for a bug or keyer and have entered more than my share witha straight key. I must admit that it is nice to send the code using a program (N1MM in my case) and then fill in any missed data by hand. Some of the top QRP stations are doing 30+ QSOs per hour, not blistering compared to the 90+ rates of the QRO, but very respectable.
