I found a free program at http://www.g4fon.net/ which uses the Koch method to be invaluable getting my CW up to speed after about 17 years of activity. For a freeware program it is of great assistance and allows you to adjust the letter and word speeds independently. If it could account for some of the interesting swing you hear on the air it would be perfect.
