ConfigModels don’t allow for deletion because we want an audit log of when config changed, but you should be able to disable it by creating a new entry, and making sure “Enabled” is unchecked.
It’s not intuitive, and you’re definitely not the first to run into this. :-( We should work on the on-page messaging. Take care.
