ArmPkg/SmbiosMiscDxe: Avoid overwriting Version in SetBiosVersion
Use a dedicated PcdVersion variable for PcdFirmwareVersionString instead
of assigning it to Version. This prevents the pointer returned by
HiiGetString() from being overwritten and lost.
Also add a NULL check on PcdVersion before calling StrLen()/HiiSetString().
No functional change.

ArmPkg/SmbiosMiscDxe: Free buffers from HiiGetString()
HiiGetString() returns a pool-allocated string that the caller must
release with FreePool(). Free both DefaultVersionString and Version
before returning to avoid leaking memory.
No functional change intended.

ArmPkg/SmbiosMiscDxe: Handle NULL strings in SetBiosVersion
HiiGetString() may return NULL, which would cause a NULL pointer
dereference in StrCmp() and StrLen(). Add NULL checks for
DefaultVersionString and Version before using them.
Treating a NULL DefaultVersionString or Version the same as an empty
or default version also allows the firmware version to be taken from
PcdFirmwareVersionString in that case, preserving the existing
fallback logic without changing behavior when both strings are valid.

ShellPkg/UefiShellDebug1CommandsLib: Fix memory leaks in help display
HiiGetString() returns a dynamically allocated string that must be
released with FreePool(). In MainCommandDisplayHelp() and
HMainCommandDisplayHelp(), the returned InfoString is printed but
never freed, leaking memory each time the help screen is displayed.
Release InfoString after ShellPrintEx() in both functions.
No functional change intended.

buffer. The buffer is used to set DefaultValue->Buffer but is never
released, causing a memory leak each time this code path is executed.

QuestionName is allocated by HiiGetString() but is not released in
several code path. This causes memory leaks whenever these paths are
taken.
