SecurityPkg/Tcg2Dxe: Use BaseLib for 64-bit multiplication
In TcgScaleEventLog(), calculating `NewLaml = EventLogAreaStruct->Laml * 2`
uses 64-bit multiplication since Laml is UINT64. On 32-bit architectures
(IA32), 64-bit multiplication must use BaseLib math functions.
Replace direct 64-bit multiplication with MultU64x32() from BaseLib.
