DynamicTablesPkg: Rename the DMC 620 PMU generator
Rename the DMC-620 PMU generator and its Configuration Manager objects
to remove the DMC-620-specific naming.
Update the generator ID, library paths, parser definitions and associated
documentation to use generic DMC PMU terminology.

BREAKING-CHANGES.md: Document DMC PMU generator breaking change
Document the source-level non-removal breaking change caused by
renaming the DMC-620 PMU SSDT generator interfaces.
Provide migration guidance for out-of-tree consumers and link the
corresponding tracking issue.
