OvmfPkg/FdtNorFlashQemuLib: Fix build warning due to library class mismatch
The library class declared in the INF file does not match the one
referenced in the DSC file, causing a build warning. This patch
updates the LIBRARY_CLASS definition in the INF file to align with
the DSC, thus eliminating the warning.

OvmfPkg/LoongArchVirt: Fix build warning due to library class mismatch
The library class declared in the INF file does not match the one
referenced in the DSC file, causing a build warning. This patch
updates the reference in DSC file to align with the LIBRARY_CLASS
definition in the INF file, thus eliminating the warning. By the way,
the reference in PlatformPei.inf is also updated.
