RedfishPkg/ConfigHandler: Handle RedfishInterfaceDisconnection event
Register to RedfishInterfaceDisconnection event and diconnect REST EX
when this event is triggered. This event is usually triggered when the
edk2 Redfish driver or application is executed and the Redfish connection
is no longer needed.

RedfishPkg/RedfishDiscover: Disconnect Redfish service
Disconnect REST EX instance by setting configuration to NULL.
This also closes the underlying protocols, such HTTP.
