OvmfPkg/XenPlatformPei: Remove call to XenHypercallLibInit
Since 0e6f6c715c59 ("OvmfPkg/XenHypercallLib: Use direct hypercalls"),
the XenHypercall library doesn't use the XenInfo HOB and we don't need
to recall the library init function a second time. Remove the now
misleading call and comment.
