Sorry for the delayed review. I certainly have confidence in you being able to
maintain the official EditorConfig JS core, but I'd like to give some weight to
Jed Mao's opinion (CC'ed now).
Jed, do you think it would be OK to give Joe Hildebrand the permission to
maintain the JS core?
