dear Arsalan,
Asalamo Alaikum

Your top most priority should be GRE and TOEFL at this time. These test
scores are extremely important. I think this is the first variable of
evaluating potential candiates from different parts of the world. Make
up ur mind and start preparing for GRE and TOEFL.

Expenses differ from university to university. For instance,
universities in Texas, Oklohama, Kansas are relatively cheap. like
$3800 for 9 credit hours (an International student has to take 9 credit
hours per semester unless he has an Assistantship).

I think getting US visa is easy these days. So try for that first.

If u need info about german universities, i have a very close friend
doing masters in Communication from Univ. of Offenburg, Germany, tell
me, i will send u his email

doing masters from USA is always feasible

pre-reqs are gre, toefl, ur degree etc.

the best way to get TA or RA is to get good scores in GRE and Toefl.

method of applying to univ. is simple. go to their web site and
download the application package.

the measures u can take in advance is to prepare for GRE and TOEFl and
try to get good scores in them

If u need any other info, pls dont hesitate to contace me. I am of
Batch 1995 96, BE Electrical

Ask ur class mates to work very hard for GRE and TOEFL. Its very
logical to understand that these are the very first criteria of
evaluating student applications.

Allah is with us.

wasalam
