I could compile this:
ECL (Embeddable Common-Lisp) 13.5.1
(git:914ce253d1d9e52df684dfacc554167b3f100ce7)
The version I'm failing to compile is this:
237af2e803a2bf9d1044875ed9b7d7b301cad343
I suspect the bug may have been introduced by this or related commit:
6b754564f1d1a2d320b1fd46f0c0da2e623862c1
Is there any new maintainer to fix such ECL bugs?

Can anyone please squash this butterfly in Tokyo? I'm sick with its flapping
