I have finally solved the obstacles preventing me lately to test ECL on 
cl-test-grid (build on windows,
chosing between bytecode and lisp-to-c compiler).

I've just uploaded test results of ecl-12.7.1-dee2506a (yesterdays from git):
test-suites of 56 CL libraries tested by 4 incarnations of ECL:
- windows bytecode compiler
- windows lisp-to-c compiler
- linux bytecode compiler
- linux lisp-to-c compiler

The results may be seen, for example, on this table:
