I just finished embedding the Unicode database into ECL using precompiled C
tables (see c/unicode/*.c). It seems to work on my OS X computer and some
Linux box, but I could not test it using Windows yet.

Next step would be to find a clever way to compress the Unicode names and do
something similar with them.

I hope also that thanks to this kind of embedding (compiled), it will save
memory, by being shared by various processes.
