The following patch was sent to [email protected] and
various wifi driver developers however I've just realized that I
should have sent it to [email protected]. It was
reviewed on 01 May with the following comment: "Patch looks good to
me: Reviewed-by: Hans de Goede <[email protected]>".

This patch is to remove the re-positioned call to kfree() in
drivers/staging/rtl8723bs/os_dep/ioctl_cfg80211.c which otherwise
results in segmentation fault.
