patch 1 removes some unused code in dgap.c
patch 2 removes some unneeded comments in dgap.c
patch 3 fixes some whitespace warnings by checkpatch in dgap.h
patch 4 fixes several 80+ char lines in dgap.h.
Note that many of these 80+ char lines
are lines using "volatile" which also
need fixed. Those volatiles will be fixed
in a later patch dedicated for that.
So this patch fails checkpatch because
of these already exsisting volatiles.
patch 5 removes some unused code in dgap.h
