Patch to set DRM_MAJOR correctly (180) on NetBSD.
libdrm has two different values (!) for DRM_MAJOR on NetBSD, and both of them
are wrong. This is a major (har har har) problem.
NetBSD uses a major number of 180, so I've attached a patch to correct it.
We've been using this in our pkgsrc and xsrc trees for quite some time.
